SUPERVISOR INITIAL (LOW CATEGORY RFF CAT 2)
DURATION: 1 weekfully residential *(persons with similar responsibilities at Special and Category One airports will find this programme very useful and as such are eligible for nomination) PRE ATTENDANCE REQUIREMENTS: Previous fire experience, whilst desirable, is not a prerequisite for this programme. AIM: To develop the skills required of those persons in a supervisory capacity for fire and rescue service duties at Lower Category Aerodromes and to provide them with sufficient knowledge of the subject to enable them to carry out basic training at their respective airports. The structured learning programme will be formally assessed through written and practical assessments. On successful completion of the programme the individual will be issued with an appropriate Certificate of Competence and will possess the level of knowledge, understanding and skills as provided by a structured learning programme.
