AIM:
This programme delivered by Professional Management Trainers, has been designed for people who lead a team and are responsible for the team’s performance. The programme is also designed for people who would like to work as a team leader by helping them to gain the knowledge and understanding required to carry out the role.

The programme concentrates on the practical application of the theory and principles of team leading and thus provides an excellent foundation for continuing development of the team leader.
